At Startune Services, we strive to provide excellent consultancy services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Initial consultation has been completed
  • Advice or recommendations have been provided
  • Time has been spent understanding your requirements

Free initial consultations are provided at our discretion and are non-refundable by definition.

3. Service Fees - Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a service engagement before any work has commenced:

  • Full refund of consultancy fees (minus payment processing charges if applicable)
  • Government fees already paid will be refunded as per respective department policies

4. Service Fees - Cancellation During Work

If you cancel a service engagement after work has begun:

  • Refund will be calculated based on work completed
  • Work documentation and materials prepared will be charged
  • Government portal fees and third-party charges are non-refundable
  • Typical refund: 50-70% of consultancy fees (depending on completion stage)

5. Service Fees - After Completion

Once a service has been completed and delivered:

  • No refund of consultancy fees
  • Government fees are non-refundable once submitted to authorities

6. Government Fees and Third-Party Charges

Important

Government fees, statutory charges, portal fees, and third-party charges are governed by respective authority policies. These fees are non-refundable once paid to the respective departments, regardless of application outcome.

7. Rejected Applications

If a government application is rejected:

  • Government fees are non-refundable (paid to respective department)
  • Our consultancy fees for that specific service may be partially refunded if rejection was due to our error
  • Re-submission fees (if applicable) will be charged separately

8.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 7-10 business days for UPI/bank transfers
  • 5-7 business days for credit/debit card refunds

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (service provider unavailability, technical issues from our end), we may issue full or partial refunds at our discretion.
